Our studio, has represented in the Administrative Court of First Degree Tirana, the commercial entity client K.SH, regarding the Administrative measure “fine for tobacco” on behalf of the Taxpayer.
Since the tax structures had poor law enforcement the legislation and had applied the measure of the fine in the conditions when the taxpayer had respected the physical conditions where tobacco could and could not be consumed, the Court decided to repeal the administrative fine decision.
