Our studio has represented the citizen E.D at the Court of First Degree Tirana in the civil case with object, compensation of damage caused as a result of violation of the procedure of termination of employment contract and notice deadlines.
As part of the assistance provided by the Lawyers of our Studio, we created the possibility to prove before the Court with written evidence that the law in the process of termination the employment contract had seriously violated the Labor Code, not respecting the notice period, as well as the procedure for resolving the employment contract, these are rights, provided by law, consequently the Court decided in favor, charging the employer with compensation for the damage caused to the client.
