Our Studio, has represented in the Administrative Court of First degree Tirana the client “Bar Longue Birmingham” regarding the obligation of the administrative measure “fine” for not issuing a tax voucher on behalf of the taxpayer K.Sh.
Through the facts and legal arguments presented before the Court given that the tax structures had violated the procedure in imposing the fine, and given the measure of the “fine” which was in flagrant violation of the law, the Court decided to repeal the administrative decision and delete the fine from systems.
