Our studio has protected and represented the citizen E.K, accused of 3 (three) criminal offenses: “Persecution”, “Production, possession, purchase or sale of cold steel”, “Destruction of property”, provided by Articles 121 / a , 279 and 150 of the Criminal Code.
The defense, pointed the fact that the Prosecution for the criminal offenses, “Production, possession, purchase or sale of cold steel”, and “Destruction of property”, 279 and 150 of the Criminal Code, failed to proved that these criminal offenses were committed by the client, in this situation the court found the client innocent, while for the criminal offense “Persecution”, the Court decided to perform a work in the public interes.
