NELA LAW FIRM, has represented and protected an Albanian citizen from Kosovo who lived and worked in the Republic of Albania.
This citizen was charged by 30 persons and of whom he was accused of consuming the criminal offenses of “Fraud” and “Concealment of income”, provided by Articles 143 and 180 of the Criminal Code.
As the Prosecution failed to prove the elements of the criminal offenses for which the client was charged due to the fact that for each action the client enjoyed a regular contract with the plaintiffs, the Court decided to dismiss the case in favor of the client.
