NELA LAW FIRM, has protected and represented a commercial company which operated in the construction sector. Investigations were conducted for this company and it was suspected by the Prosecution that this company had committed the criminal offense “Creating fraudulent schemes related to value added tax”, “Forgery of stamps, seals or forms”, and “Concealment of income ”, provided by Articles 144 / a, 190 and 180 of the Criminal Code.
The case was referred to the Court, where thanks to legal assistance and representation, the Court decided to dismiss the case in favor of the client.
