NELA LEGAL STUDIO, has represented the citizen A.A at the Court of First Instance Tirana in the context of a legal dispute caused by a loan contract, where the borrower did not accept the refund of the amount received from the Lender.
In these circumstances we as the office representing the Lender, have addressed the Court with Request-lawsuit with the object of high return and payment of legal interest-arrears, the Court in it of representation and dedication of Office staff decided in favor of the Lender
