Our Studio, has successfully assisted the citizen SH.GJ before the Court of First Degree, and the Court of Appeals in Tirana, in the case with object Property Return provided by Article 296 of the Civile Code and compensation for damage caused by illegal possession of property.
In this case the Lawsuit was against a Construction Company which in violation of legal rules had extended the construction on land owned by the Client. In this case, the Court decided, with a final court decision, the return of the Property to the owner as well as the compensation of the damage caused to the Client from the illegal possession of the property.
