Our Staff

Graduated in 2009 at the University “Luigj Gurakuqi”, Faculty of Law, Shkodra. Completed post master studies “Security Studies” in 2011 at the University “U. F. O”, Department of Masters Tirana. Its purpose is to contribute to the development of Albania in institutions, enterprises and academia with a new culture in the field of national intelligence and security.

Licensed in 2011 by the National Chamber of Advocates, receiving the title “Lawyer”. She is certified by the Albanian School of Public Administration (ASPA) in 2018 as a “Procurement Expert” in order to create a core of professionals in the procurement process.

She is certified in 2019 by ASPA, with representatives from EURALIUS for the pre-screening process and EU membership negotiations on judicial issues, human rights and anti-corruption.

The professional, judicial and extrajudicial activity varies from the field of civil, criminal, administrative law to the field of public procurement.
