is to support justice and human rights, freedom of expression, freedom of the media, the right to education, employment and social and health care.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8220;Justice in Action&#8221; Association is a non-profit association established with the mission to promote communication, cooperation and professional development between persons interested in the field of law, and to promote the development of professional training for every student, lawyer, notary and \/ or any individual interested in the field of law, and to help improve the justice system and law enforcement in the Republic of Albania.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1617963721179{padding-top: 20px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column css_animation=&#8221;slideInLeft&#8221; width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1619266460349{padding-top: 15px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Through effective communication and its engagement, the objective of the Association is to contribute to the implementation of long-term policies for the improvement of the justice system, for the professional improvement in the field of law, for conducting legal studies and analyzes in order to monitor implementation of law.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Monitoring the implementation of law in each sector&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Monitoring the implementation of law in each sector as well as undertaking civic initiatives to improve the legislation, implementing legal proposals in the Albanian Parliament, in accordance with the relevant rules.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Monitoring the implementation of legislation in the telecommunications sector&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Monitoring the implementation of legislation in the telecommunications sector, audio-visual media and providing legislative proposals in order to improve legislation, in the Context of respect for freedom of speech.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;The human rights act&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Monitoring the implementation of legislation, for the application of fundamental human rights and, as well as the implementation of studies, and providing recommendations, legal initiatives for the improvement of legislation in this sector.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Employment legislation in the Republic of Albania&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Monitoring the implementation of employment legislation in the Republic of Albania, recording the application of workers rights in each employment sector, encouraging the establishment and strengthening of trade unions, signing collective labor agreements in each sector, and providing proposals, legal initiatives for respecting \u00a0the employment legislation.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_toggle][vc_toggle title=&#8221;Approximation of legislation with the &#8220;Acquis Communautaire&#8220;
